"Nature Connections"
3rd Saturday of each month, April through October,
Green Heron Gardens
Spring is stirring, even as the cold winds blow. We invite you to learn and practice living in deep connection with the rythms of the earth. This way of living brings profound insights and prespective to our daily lives. "Nature Connections" is a seven month experience of self renewal through herbs and nature. Come to beautiful Green Heron Gardens the 3rd Saturday of each month, April through October, 10am-5pm each day, for a delightful experience of nature. Spring, Summer and Fall offer their varied gifts to us, like a road map for personal growth. Immerse yourself in the plants and animals and elements through these various seasons. Find your place among them, and feel the comforting connection - "Nature Connections".
The outdoors will be our classroom. We offer you numerous tools with which to practice deepening your understanding of herbs in particular, and nature in general. They include: growing, harvesting and using herbs in many forms; the symbolism of the Medicine Wheel; the Chakras, our non-physical energy system; Flower Essences, the non-physical energy of the plants; various meditation practices including a one day vision quest; wild food foraging and nature awareness skills; movement, song and celebrations to honor the seasons...... We spend the days together in joy, learning and sharing.
Pre-registration is required. You may hold your space by sending $150 deposit. The balance of $450 is due on the first day (April 19). We hope you'll join us for this meaningful, hands on, heartfelt experience.
